Taylor just looks so darn sweet in those pictures! Thank you so much for letting Dad and me be a part of his exciting moments last night. He will be a great missionary! And he is going to an absolutely beautiful place--right on the ocean not far from where I lived a good part of my life. Carlsbad is a very clean safe little city and I know he will grow to love it. Taylor, we love you so much and are so very proud of you. Grandma Sue
YAHOO! YIPPEE! WHOOO HOOO! Taylor... We are so excited for you!! We just gathered everyone around the computer and shared in your exciting news!! CONGRATS!!! We love you!! Now we just want to know WHEN you leave!! SOOOOO proud of you!!!
By the way, just yesterday Kirk and I were talking about possibly going to Disneyland and San Deigo this year. Now I'm gonna be more serious about my planning!!! :-)
Taylor, we are very, very proud of you. For the righteous choices you're making, the good life you're living, and for your decision to answer the Lord's call to serve a mission---you are about to enjoy one of the most profound experiences you'll every have in your life. I'm sure you will have the opportunity to introduce a number of families to the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. You've already had a taste of what that is like, but more is coming your way in the next two years. I am so blessed to be your grandfather. We'll be following you, and supporting you, all the way through it. Please remember we love you.
Good luck on what is sure to be a wonderful journey! What a beautiful place Taylor will be going to spread the gospel!
Seriously, he couldn't have had been placed in a more beautiful area!! It is in the area where Andy's grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins live. We love it there!!! Beautiful weather all year long and just so darn pretty!! Andy just called his grandparents to tell them to look out for an Elder Barron--they are so sweet and if Tay gets the chance to eat there--do!!! Dot is a fabulous cook. We love you and we are so proud of you. So much to do in just a little time but make sure to breathe and pray for a good companion!! (we will too!!)
O.K. so I was all teary eyed watching Taylor open his call! I am so proud of you! You look so good...very happy(I'm sure it's the spirit) and a great looking haircut. Thanks for sharing your letter opening experience!
A big Congratulations!
